Owner Chantel Mackay graduated from Liaison College, in their Culinary Arts program in 1999. She completed both her Food Handler's exam and her Smart Serve exam. She has been in the hospitality industry for 6 years. Taking her experience many different restaurants, she now focuses her talents for each client's event. Mrs. Mackay is a member of the Hamilton District Society of Chefs and Cooks. Mrs. Mackay graduated from Liaison College's Culinary art's program under the talented, Chef Gareth Jones in 2002 and Humber College's Culinary Program in 2007.
